The time clock your team actually uses
Employees tap their photo on a tablet, tick a short checklist and clock in. A photo is taken every time, so you know who really was there. You get hours per day, per shift and per person, ready for Excel.
Free for up to 5 employees. No credit card required.
One morning at Korenbloem Bakery
Everything below is recorded in Plannix itself: the kiosk on a tablet by the door, the backoffice on the manager's laptop, and an employee's phone. Korenbloem is our demo bakery.
-
First day? Sofie registers herself.
New people don't wait for the manager. They register on the kiosk with their name, email and a profile photo. Plannix knows there is already a Sofie Claes in the shop, so it asks before it adds anyone twice.
-
Mateo forgot to clock out yesterday. The kiosk asks.
Still clocked in after 14 hours? The kiosk asks when he really stopped, then offers to clock in for today. The time he gives counts until his manager accepts or corrects it.
-
Ann sees what needs her decision. Nothing else.
Times given by employees wait in one list. Each shift shows the photo, where it was clocked and the checklist that was ticked. Accept, reject or correct; a correction always needs a reason.
-
Hours, ready for payroll.
Hours per employee for any period, the days and shifts behind them, and one click to Excel: a summary, daily hours, every shift with its photos and locations, and every correction with its reason.
-
Lisa sees her own hours, and why one was changed.
Every employee gets My Plannix: their shifts and hours, in every organisation they work for. When a manager corrects a shift, they see who did it, when, and the reason. No surprises on the payslip.
Plan the week. Your team says when they can work.
Draw what each day needs on a calendar, ask your team which shifts they can work, and let Plannix fill the places with the most reliable people. Everyone gets their shifts by email, on their phone and in their calendar.
Free for up to 5 employees. No credit card required.
One week of planning at Korenbloem Bakery
Recorded in Plannix itself, like everything on this page: the backoffice on the manager's laptop and My Plannix on an employee's phone. The calendar shows the shop of Korenbloem, our demo bakery.
-
Lisa ticks the shifts she can work.
Everyone who fits a block gets one email, and ticks the ones they can work in My Plannix, on their phone. What they leave unticked, they can't work. A day before the deadline, whoever hasn't answered gets a reminder.
-
One click fills the week. Ann checks it and publishes.
Plannix proposes the most reliable person who can work each place, and spreads the hours over people who are nearly as reliable. A place it can't fill says why. Once it is published, everyone gets their shifts by email and in their calendar.
-
Then she asks who can work the week after.
That week came from the standard week in one go. One click asks everyone who fits, with a deadline, and the calendar shows how many have replied.
-
Lisa can't make it on Tuesday.
She gives the shift away in My Plannix, with a note. Colleagues who could work it are asked, and the first to accept takes it over. She can also swap it for a colleague's, or ask to be taken off.
-
Ann approves, if she wants to.
Each kind of change can wait for approval or go through at once: the company chooses. Everyone concerned hears of the outcome, and the calendar follows.
